What Not to Get Your Sweet Heart
With the gift giving season slowly approaching, many people will
be buying their sweetheart wonderful, heartfelt gifts. However
some times even though we have our best intentions in mind we
might slip up and get an offensive gift. Here are some gifts not
to get your sweet heart.
You don't want to offend a new girlfriend, especially if you
don't know her that long. While romantic gifts such as lingerie
or underwear might be acceptable, you don't want to go
overboard. You don't want to offend her or make her blush, so
wait till you know her until you buy her that very intimate gift.
Don't buy a person a vacuum or give them cleaning supplies as a
gift. You might once in a while find a person that would like a
vacuum or a shop vac and if they ask for that gift fine, but
cleaning tools and supplies is usually a no-no.
You might also want to stay away from novelty gifts such as
funny saying T-shirts, cups and mugs. We all have received them,
and while they are very funny to some people, most people would
just like a normal gift and don't appreciate the blue humor. So
if you want to buy a gift for your sweet heart, put some thought
into it and don't get the wrong kinds of gifts.
